Biography

Md Azizur Rahman FCS is a highly accomplished professional with a multidisciplinary academic background and more than three decades of experience in governance, compliance, legal affairs, public policy, and corporate strategy. He has served in pivotal roles including Head of Public Affairs & Company Secretary at British American Tobacco Bangladesh, CEO of Prerona Foundation, and Chairman of Agami Ltd.

Currently, he leads the Intellectual Property Association of Bangladesh (IPAB) as Director General, where he champions intellectual property rights and fosters a culture of innovation and compliance. He is also the NE Chairman of Teamwork Group, Vice Chairman of Power Hub Limited and Avenir IP Limited, and a Council Member of ICSB and Bangladesh Accounting Association.

Azizur Rahman’s expertise spans corporate affairs consulting, ESG audits, MIS analytics, and legal advisory services. He has developed AI-driven business solutions such as e-corporate and A2Z platforms, contributing to digital transformation in governance and enterprise services. His leadership continues to shape Bangladesh’s corporate and intellectual property ecosystem with integrity, foresight, and innovation.
